Gas service engineer — Craighead County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Craighead County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Rotating shifts.
