Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
