Maintenance plumber • Clarke County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Clarke County, Virginia. You will be based in apartment and housing complexes. Requirements: • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts The role involves connect overhead and underground water tanks; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
