Single needle operator — Miami County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Miami County, Ohio. You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
