Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrical technician in Franklin County, Illinois. You will work at a busy electrical contractor. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience The role involves check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; test insulation resistance with a megger; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop.
