Paint booth operator — Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Randolph County, North Carolina. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
