Vacancy available: elevator technician (Arizona)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Apache County, Arizona. The job is in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
