Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Bottineau County, North Dakota. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
