We are recruiting: formwork erector (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Montgomery County, Virginia. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
