Immediate opening: power press operator (Jigawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in Auyo, Jigawa State. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
