Argon welder — Pacific County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Pacific County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
