Power press operator — Tallahatchie County

Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses The role involves: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
