The role involves: • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands Ideal candidate: • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state Six days a week, one day off.
