VMC operator wanted in Putnam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Putnam County, Florida. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
