Dough maker — Ika North East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Ika North East, Delta State. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
