Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Jefferson County, Oregon. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
