Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways.
