Restoration bricklayer • Barrow County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Barrow County, Georgia. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
