Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Hendry County, Florida. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
