Restaurant steward — Cowley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Cowley County, Kansas. You will work at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 6+ years on the tools preferred.
