Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Archer County, Texas. On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Part-time with flexible hours.
