What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
