Short order cook wanted in Hoke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Hoke County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
