Safety marshal — St. Helens

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in St. Helens, England. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Day to day you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Full-time, day shift.
