Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Wadena County, Minnesota. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day to day you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
