Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Dillingham Census Area, Alaska. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
