Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Jefferson County, Colorado. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Day-to-day duties: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Full-time with occasional weekends.
