QC inspector • Jibia, Katsina State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Six days a week, one day off.
