Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ironing operator in Fluvanna County, Virginia. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; give each garment a final press before packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Rotating shifts.
