Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Osceola County, Michigan. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
