Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tompkins County, New York. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
