Hydraulic crane operator — Clarke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Clarke County, Virginia. The role involves: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
