Line cook — King and Queen County

The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
