Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Lavaca County, Texas. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
