Surface coating operator wanted in Parmer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Parmer County, Texas. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
