Urgent requirement: TIG welder (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a TIG welder in Wichita County, Texas. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
