Immediate opening: punch press operator (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will be based on the press shop floor. The role involves: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
