Deboner — Hoke County

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Hoke County, North Carolina. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
