Fine-dining server • Cooper County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Cooper County, Missouri. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $11,500 per project, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
