Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls The role involves: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar 4+ years on the tools preferred.
