Bakery assistant wanted in Leon County

Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
