Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Ovia South-West, Edo. Day-to-day duties: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
