Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Terry County, Texas. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Full-time with occasional weekends.
