The role involves: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run Requirements: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
