Semi-automatic welder — Sequatchie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Sequatchie County, Tennessee. You will be based on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
