Kitchen porter — Fairfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Fairfield County, South Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
