Die-casting operator wanted in Adams County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Adams County, North Dakota. You will be based on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Day to day you will check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes.
