Pot washer wanted in Asotin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Asotin County, Washington. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
