Head baker wanted in Winneshiek County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Winneshiek County, Iowa. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
