Production machine operator • Suffolk County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production machine operator in Suffolk County, New York. The job is at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery On a typical shift you will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
